Out of scope

Scam / fraud fund tracing, refunds, chargebacks, “recovery” of coins already sent to thieves, negotiation with counterparties or exchanges, custody or moving assets for you.

SELF-HELP FIRST

Try official self-help first

  • MetaMask: If you still have your Secret Recovery Phrase, use the official support flow to import and set a new password. MetaMask cannot reset a password for you.
  • Hardware wallets: With a correct seed, restore on a new device using Ledger / Trezor official docs.
  • Bitcoin Core / Electrum-type files: Check official community guidance before engaging a third party.

If self-help is not enough — partial seed only, encrypted vault still on a device, damaged hardware without a usable seed — we may assess technical options.

On your device or in your presence. We do not copy, take away, or cloud-store seed / private key.

6 · You move assets

After access is restored, you move funds yourself. We are not a custodian.

Can MetaMask reset my password for me?
No. If you still have your Secret Recovery Phrase, use the official import / forgot-password flow and set a new password. If you lack the phrase but may still have local vault data, say so without pasting secrets; we may assess technical options. We never ask you to email your seed or private key.
One BIP-39 word is missing or the order is unclear. Is recovery possible?
Partial information can sometimes be assessed; complete loss of the phrase with no other material is often not recoverable. No success guarantee. Do not send the partial phrase in the first message—describe what is missing.
My Ledger/Trezor is broken. Are the coins gone?
Assets usually remain on-chain. With a correct seed you typically restore on a new device. Without a seed, options are limited and case-specific. No guarantee.
Can you recover coins I sent to a scammer?
No. We do not do scam-fund recovery or fraud collection. We only work on technical access to wallets you own.
Do I need to send my seed or private key to start?
No. Never put them in chat, email, or forms — before or after signing. Work is done on your device or in your presence. We and our technical partner do not copy, take away or cloud-store your seed or private key.
How do you charge?
